The Christmas Tour of Homes is a holiday tour of uniquely decorated homes in the Natchitoches, Louisiana.  The event, will feature docent led commentaries on the history of each property as well as the unique holiday decorations. This unique tour consists of homes built last year as well as nearly 200 years ago.

The Christmas Tour of Homes is a walking tour.  $20 per person per day

Thursday night tours are sponsored by Maglieaux's and The Landing and will feature a complimentary glass of wine at the end of the tour.

Friday night sites can be accessed in conjunction with Christmas Along Poete.

The Saturday tours will trace Steel Magnolia venues and will include photo opportunities of sites included on the tour.

The 27,000 square foot museum complex at 800 Front Street, provides a permanent home for the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and its collection of portraits and memorabilia celebrating the achievements of more than 300 Louisiana athletes, coaches, and other sports figures.  Located on the second floor of the Northwest Louisiana History Museum explores the evolution of unique cultural traditions of the area from early native-American civilizations to the present.

Christmas Along Poete - Friday, December 8th - 5:00-8:00pm

Come stroll along Poete Street between Jefferson St. and Second St. to see Mrs. Claus with her cookies to decorate, Santa's elves helping children create ornaments from natural materials, dancers celebrating the season, musicians playing seasonal music, and other events for family fun.  Additionally, houses along Jefferson Street and Poete will be open for touring.

91st Annual Christmas Festival, Louisiana’s premiere holiday event. Named by USA Today’s Readers’ Choice “Best Southern Small Town” in 2016. Enjoy our daylong festival filled with live musical entertainment, arts, crafts and food vendors, a parade and a magnificent fireworks show choreographed to holiday music over the riverbank of Cane River Lake. Admission armbands are required for entry to Front Street & Downtown Riverbank. $10 Ages 12 & over. $8 for Advanced armbands- available for purchase November 1st.
